An allegation has been made that OV3RLORD (playing as Noobhausen) intentionally used a hack or cheat map in a game played in Kane's Wrath and the Fair Play Specialist has found the allegation proven, subject to any explanation that OV3RLORD might give.

OV3RLORD has three clear days to provide an explanation or any mitigation or this report will be formally confirmed. The explanation or any mitigation may be given here or on replays.

The three clear days I gave OV3RLORD (Noobhausen) to explain himself but I have not heard from him, so I confirm this report now.     In many ways, using a hack map like this is equivalent to using a hack (particularly as it spoofs an official map).         In this instance, I have going to suspend OV3RLORD from access to online play for seven days.   There has grown a culture of using maps like this with impunity in Tiberium Wars and Kane's Wrath.    I am going to put an end to that.     However, if OV3RLORD comes here and convinces me that he has removed this map from his computer, I will lift the suspension immediately, given the background culture and the fact that this is a first offence.

It has come to my attention that this member has used a duplicate account to circumvent his suspension; hogen30. Therefore the suspension is extended to seven days from today, on the same proviso that if OV3RLORD/hogan30 comes here and convinces me that he has removed this map from his computer, I will lift the suspension immediately.
