So I have RA3 + Uprising on Origin (Ultimate Collection) whenever I launch the game I can hear the audio and I can click around,, but the screen stays black. I've tried some parameters "-xres<#> -yres<#> -win- directx<11>", and many others. 

 

I use Windows 7,I have an Intel HD Graphics 3000. Four Intel Core i3-2310M CPU The resolution I play EVERYTHING with is 1366x768.

 

I've updated all my drivers but to no avail so... I'm lost anybody? Anything else I could try, I've run RA3 on this laptop before NO PROBLEMS, so I'm quite baffled.

Well if reading that actually helped me (which it didn't) why would I put it here unless I was getting desperate?

If you have read all pinned posts, you should be noticed to post some information about your game, for example error log, or if you have fixed launchers installed, if you are running it as administrator or not, etc....

I would be a liar if I knew how to use the Event Log.

The error log, not event log. It's all in the pinned topics, which is why I asked you to read them carefully.
