Speeder trike's warhead against Heavy Unit is a bit underwhelming compared to its counter part (Marauder, Zephyr, Mirga, Especailly Mirage having full damage against all armor, dayum). Atm it's damage against heavy is 25%, which is a big drop from 45%(light) and 35%(med), almost halved the effectiveness. Im suggesting increase the med and heavy percentage to 40% and 35%. Especially Since SC does not have a t3 anti-armor monster tank, Speeder trike falls off quickly into the late game.

Small thing tho.... IMO the name "Defense Bureau" sounds fits better than "Shield Command", Since the structure is defense orientated. "Shield Command" explains its support power but leaving out the cord-node. The term "Defense Bureau" is somewhat more general and covers all implications. (Also a Ra3 reference )

Since Humvee is becoming a T3 unit(bloodhound upgrade moved to T3), giving 1 extra doesn't really change the fact that Humvee is still crappy.
How bout keeping the same quantity and install perhaps some of these upgrades for it instead:
1. Add sensor (Match the role with robo tank).
2. Add healing ring of Drakuv (Good Synergy with airborne, make it faster healing with lesser amount to keep the overall heal/sec rate
the same,maybe)
3. Passenger slots become Opentopped (Squishy Humvee with kiting maneuverability)
4. Add HP (No-brainer yet vital, not much is needed perhaps +20~30)

Once i played as PC, I ate 4 nukes from the soviet player and still be able to win, simply brutes archer and masterminds, drag and go, no micro need...brainless yet stronk X D
btw in the Chinese forum, already there are threads advocate the ban of PC in 1v1 , can't beat that ~

General Ideas for more unique sub-faction units, doesn't really matter whether they will be considered by the MM team or not, just feel like posting them out~
1. HQ is good at making strong infantries and also floating disks(Irkalla, duh), then it can have a more advanced disk that replaces
Invader, may it be stronger or tougher(since HQ has the least featured units).
2. LC is good at urban combat, it can also has pryo replaced with the mighty Blackhand! (just kidding~) I mean a strong flame trooper,
even giving it the ability to damage infantries within the buildings(Ares can do that if i recall it correctly).
3. PF makes better jumpjet suits = rocketeers are replaced with advanced jumpjets which shoots lesser cryo beam!
Again, these are but some scrappy clues anyway
