i try many ways how to create really good saruman of many colors but none was fine. it is really hard to give a true picture of his appereance. Tolkien describe him as an old man, swathed in a great cloak, the colour of which was not easy to tell, for it changed if they moved their eyes or if he stirred. this looks hard or imposible to do, but i is not  i hope you will like my version of saruman.

there is short video of his loking. i am sorry but i am not able to show this effect on images. i am also sorry for file size but i dont know how to make it smaller.

Brilliant! I like the way the white still stands out even though it is always changing colors. Spectacular work my friend.

Looks really good. I´d like to put that in my mod too. Would you like to share it?

Err we'd rather stay unique, the only mod we help and share certain things with is Cahik's mod.

No problem, it´s your mod. Although I do think a sharing attitude makes more sense.

In my honest opinion, I think every mod should use work they created themselves.

I agree. Many mods use similar ideas, and if they shared content, they would all basiclly be the same.

just select the vertices of the head and scale them smaller. Then rebind XD

You actually dont have to rebind. With gmax, though, in some cases when you edit the model way too much, it completely screws up the binding and you have to rebind everything. But with just scaling down those vertices, it should be fine. Cant wait to see how Saruman looks ingame. Pair him up with some new exciting abilities, and he should be very fun to play.

Read the books, please.. Saruman of many Colors was his title after he went evil. His robe was woven out of many colors, and you could never be sure what color it was since it kept changing when he moved..
