The paths of the dead are a treacherous place that none survive.
Passing between the Mountains this pass leads to the City of the Dead.

This map is an unusual map in it's layout each player starts on opposite sides of the map and must make their ways
through a long snaking path to the enemy.
Along the path are Economy plots and in the middle is an Expansion.

All your maps look totally awesome Rad. Tolkien Legendarium Epic.

I can not wait until your next mod version comes out so I can play around on these maps.

You may have seen my work on the City of the Dead (link to Photobucket), would you like a BFME I version of it?
It would connect The Dwimoberg to the Fiefdoms of Gondor.

Inspiring map-making!

P.S. Given that I am a map-maker too, would you mind giving me a sample of this map? P.M. if you are interested in letting me play around with the design of it.

Thanks for the compliments.
At the moment I have a few things to finish off for this map and some of the assets are very recent ones so it'll be released with the first LWR beta.

You're welcome!
I am actually looking for a mapping job.

Criticism for this map is that it is slightly mono-textured. In the third image it is perfectly fine. But the first one I can detect only four main textures 1 for paths 2 for cliffs and 1 rock texture. Also this map might fit the Paths of the dead mood if there were more dead shrubs and if it had a darker lighting. (It is possible to have a dark map in which you can see).
