Notes: Basic infantry. Mostly human voice, though Low Gothic dialects on forge worlds are a little more toneless, it’s not completely flat, speaking through a mechanical modulator, maybe something like between a guardsman and a space marine without the heroic quality. They should play a little bit like a guardsman squad, but with slightly less movement speed and slightly more firepower. Suggest their early tier anti-infantry heavy weapon should be a thin red laser beam that does damage in a straight line. Their later tier anti-infantry heavy weapon should be Sonic Disruptor, which has slow cooldown and fires a blob of distortion that does damage to anyone it washes over

Or perhaps there’s a purr to their voice?

Kastelan Robot / X-101
Notes: A Kastelan Robot, also known as a Kastelan-class Robot, is an ancient and commonly used Imperial Robot utilised exclusively by the Adeptus Mechanicus' Legio Cybernetica. The Kastelan Robot combines tremendous physical might with a rugged stamina that has seen it fight the Imperium of Man's foes for ten thousand standard years. Indeed, some of the relic robots of this class have existed much longer still. As robotic technology stems from an age prior to the foundation of the Imperium, many Forge Worlds believe a number of their Battle-Automata survive from those dark times. As damaged robot parts are cannibalised to make repairs upon machines that still function, such claims are doubtless at least partially correct. The soulless automata of the Legio Cybernetica, capable of untold destruction, but having no will of their own. A herd of Kastelan robots tend to be shepherded by a Datasmith, who is responsible for giving them explicit instructions. They are indeed soulless, and speak in your most stereotypical robotic monotone.

Kataphron Battle Servitor (Breacher / Destroyer)
Notes: Much larger and far more powerful than the servitors used by the rest of the Imperium, Kataphron Breachers are not so much born as assembled. Fulfilling the role of living shield and battering ram, they are used by Tech-Priests to smash apart enemy lines and fortifications on their insatiable quest for technology to assimilate. Utterly deadly at close-quarters, their heavily-armoured torsos and covered tracks carve a brutal swathe through anything in their path. A heavily armored and armed servitor. They speak in a half-zombified monotone.
