Dear all,

 

I would like to conserve the original voices in my mother tongue, spanish. They are the sauce of the game! Does it exist a way to play with BFME Online Edition and T3A Online with such feature?

P.S.: I conserve all the original files and voices in a separate folder.

P.P.S: I have already changed the interface language by using the spanish-multilanguage package released somewhere in this forum by you, thank you very much for this!

Hi,

 

yes, thats possible but it requires some work:

 

I sassume the following setup:

- Forshires online edition installed

- Patch 1.06 + spanish language files

 

 

Prerequisites:

- you need the original SpanishAudio.big from some original language installation

 

Steps:

- install finalbig --> http://wagnerma.de/downloads.php

- open the SpanishAudio.big file with finalbig, extract all files.

- open the extracted directory "lang" and change the the name of the subdirectory "spanish" to "english"

- create a new .big with final big and add the whole "lang" directory.

- save the file as "EnglishAudio.big"

- backup the EnglishAudio.big from forshires online edition

- copy the newly created file "EnglishAudio.big" (which in fact contains your spanish voices" in your main installation directory and replace the existing EnglishAudio.big.

- voila, should work (if I remember correctly without seeing the files at the moment).
