This isn't even a real test. It just logic problems. They need questions from all areas of knowledge.

That's where you go wrong. IQ is not based on knowledge. Otherwise, that would mean that the oldest people who have the best memory are automatically the smartest. Man, I always hate it when people thing you're stupid just because you don't know something!It just logic problems. They need questions from all areas of knowledge.
IQ is a measurement for your ability to process information and to be able to apply previous knowledge to a new situation. So the smarter you are, the easier it is to take stuff in (= learn faster), and it is also easier to respond differently according to past experiences.

IQ is a poor indicater of how 'smart' someone is. I'm dyslexic, so i fail many of the language and math ones. IQ tests have no questions about teaching others or seeing the bigger picture, so i can't redeem myself.

186! bs cuz I hate math! and most of them were math questions, you have to ask yourself: wtf! The only reason why my iq could be that high is if there were question about perspectives and how people see things way differently than most people, and there were no questions like that. Thats why I'm mad!

i got 126 on this iq test, it said that i was a word warrior, which is true, i have an exceptionial grasp on the english langauge. To bad my math skills wern't as good as my language. LOL!

Heh, I always compare the idea of intelligence and "smartness" with that of a boat: The speed may or may not be constant, but without the direction it matters little, since you could drive around in circles with little direction or find the best ports with a lot of direction. "Speed" is the IQ, while "Direction" is an unknown factor yet, it has to do with the way people use the IQ. It may also be said that someone with an IQ of 80 can do qunatum jumps in elementary particle physics, with the proper use of direction.IQ is a poor indicater of how 'smart' someone is. I'm dyslexic, so i fail many of the language and math ones. IQ tests have no questions about teaching others or seeing the bigger picture, so i can't redeem myself.
