Getting a Structure spawned from a Drop Pod to Unpack?

I have a structure that is dropped of by a drop pod support power.

 

I would like that structure once it has spawned, to go through a 'build-up' (unpacking) animation, just the same has if it had been placed by a player after being built from the structure tab (just so the player sees it being built to the ready positions, and to give an opportunity for the opposition player to destroy it before it finished building).

 

How would I go about doing this?

 

PS: This is not a structure that packs and unpacks (like the Rig\battle base).

I'm far from experienced with modding, but as far as I understand all regular structures have a certain unpack/deploy (no idea what it's called) time, during which some are not fully available yet (take a look at the GDI airfield and when you can build Orcas). If you place such a structure, they briefly have that blue bar beneath their hitpoints. I reckon you should increase that timer to however long you wish it to deploy :).

Is actually easy.

 

You have to create an object when deployed as a 'placeholder', this object will play the build up animation, when is done use the ReplaceSelfUpgrade and replace it.

 

Let me know if you need more details.
