Hi all iam new

iam just looking for editing chat colors in Ra2 1.006 lobby

with different colors

like red or any

like this image

 

i used res hack but didnot succed can any one help me

thx advanced

Change these offsets with a hex editor, to change the color of text

Added color posts players on LAN or XWIS

can u explain more

(iam using game ranger . so in lobby some players are writing with different colors as in last pic

iam using resource hack  for game.exe

iam stooping at this point

 

 

what should i do after this step

and if u can explain more for hex editor

i would be gratefull for you

You know what? Stop and give up. Go get some education first. Preferably some kind of education where you're forced to think. Apparently you can't do it well enough.

Hex editor is NOT Resource Hacker. Resource Hacker edits elements within an executable, while a hex editor is just an editor which lets editing a file directly, via hexadecimal offsets. See http://en.wikipedia....wiki/Hex_editor

However the fact you couldn't even Google for it shows me that you'd just mess yourself up anyway.

and iam not programmer or even cracker

i just wanted to do this trick

so i googled to get it

and thank you for driving me to the rihgt way
