I'm not sure how much of these are actually hand painted onto the image.
I suppose we could increase the resolution of the trees and Moria objects?

Promo stuff usually has some ingame content. my best guess is that all the graphics stuff is high resolution and too the max so it looks as pretty as possible

Actually the first and third one (except for the main bridge) are rather easy to make in worldbuilder. It's just the lightning effects that make it look so special.

Also have you seen the Mines of Moria modules? pretty endless-looking there.

I might be incorrect, however, image 2 and 3 may be a HD textured Moria module that have been Photoshopped.

I wouldn't classify this as a lie. Concept art always looks better than the final product because there's no limitations to what can be achieved on a single image file. It isn't supposed to accurately portray the final in-game product.
