If so I was wondering how I can add heros to factions? In the RJ mod Gilglad, Denethor, Damrod, Isildur, etc. are all in the game but not in the factions. How do I make the 'active'?

If you add the object names to the list labelled 'BuildableHeroesMP' under any of the faction templates in data\ini\playertemplate.ini then it should show up in that faction's build list.
