After having hooked your game, launch your game normally (for example via Desktop shortcut or from Steam), a C&C:Online Launcher will pop up, then you just need to click the "Red Alert 3" button.

and again the over help please .how to fix this error in command conquer red alert is in the process of connection or there is connection error. Wait until the end or eliminate the player having connection issues. failed to establish connection 1-2

Have you tried to edit Options.ini? (If you don't know how to do it, please read "Common Issues & Solutions" again) Have you tried to add Red Alert 3 to Firewall Exception List? Do you have some LAN gaming application like Hamachi, Tunggle etc. running in the background?

no Hamachi no. The firewall was turned off did not help. (in the common problems and their solutions) there is no such problem

Please read carefully the pinned thread "Common Issues & Solutions".
Fron Common Issues & Solutions:
Solution 5b: [RA3 ONLY] Removing the static port: If, when starting a game in RA3, your connection always times out, try the following:
Find your game's Options.ini (this can be found by typing %appdata%\Red Alert 3\Profiles in the Windows search bar and opening your local profile's folder). Open Options.ini and remove the following line:
FirewallPortOverride = 0Then save Options.ini.

Does the game continues to display "Connection in progress" or it will change to "Connection failed"?
