ok so I've been told that I need to create a new account on Revora to fix a bug, which makes ra3 crash after EVERY game I play. Plus, I will dc from lobby if I remain inactive for more than 2-3 minutes... Really annoying. Can someone guide me through the steps I need to take to fix this ? Big thanks.

My main issue is that I need my name change, because it is infact a bit too large for the BFME2 login, so I need to make it shorter. I am asking for both my names to be changed into just Kraztath so I can actually play online >.<
