That looks beautifuly, but I was expecting the Weta Book design not the movie one?

She does have a name, it is in the movie appendices, they talk about her during the Dain special feature. She is the same pig that one of the Dwarves finds the Athelas with in Laketown. Unfortunately I have forgotten it and the special features are really long. ;(

 

I do recall what variety of pig she is. The Kunekune, and they are in real life these are tiny pigs. Of course, the digital pig was beefed up. ;p

Thanks. Yeah but since this is a movie based mod, I went with the final design in the movie. I think it turned out pretty good anyways =)

Btw, the pic I posted looks VERY dark here at work, in contrast to at home. How do you perceive the image? Is it very dark for you too?

It is dark. It does have a dark background and dark shadows, the texture does not have any bright highlights, but I can see it properly.

It's probably that my own monitor has a very good contrast ratio in comparison to generic monitors :-/

Here are the levels of the image. I guess that a generic boring photo would be a bell curve shape, that's not what you are aiming for, however as seen in the value levels, your image is flat and dark.
