Hi everybody, sry for my bad english,

 

But i have a problem about TW and KW. I bought The CnC Ultimate collection with "Origin".

 

I have installed every games. All games work except TW, KW and Red alert 3.

 

I have this is window (see "attachment") during few seconds and nothing.... this window is closing.

 

What can i do ?

I did it, but no result :/

Did you install the fixed TUC launchers? Did you run it all as administrator? Did you hook the game in the launcher?

Where's your error log?

If you did read it, you'd have said what you tried.

1/ i installed the fixed TUC Launchers -> same result

2/ I did run it all as administrator -> same result

3/ i disabled "Disable Origin in game for this game" -> same result

4/ i hooked every game with launcher -> same result

5/ i tried to install another dirext X version (2008) -> same result

ERROR: game.dat process not found.

 

For information i'm on Windows 10 Professionnel ‎(X64)‎

Try disabling Origin Services:

Type "services.msc" in the search bar (doing it like that is new to Win 10)

Click on "Services Desktop application".

Find and select "Origin Client Services" in the list.

Stop the service and then set "Start up type" to manual.

Close the application and then reboot.

Try launching and report back please.


I am sorry if we are taking a while to respond to some requests for help. We have one particular nuisance user in Kane's Wrath (a banned player) that uses a huge amount of our time at the moment (as well as consuming a significant amount of our limited server resources).

helo a friend of mine hase the same probleem for me it works fine but for him it does the same as for miik we tried everthing thats pointed out here so what now  ps we also tried it on red alert 3 and when he does not have it hooked it works fine so it is a hook probleem

Can you try the procedure I set out above, but this time disable origin client services instead of setting them to manual.     Please could you confirm that you do not have problems launching the game without using the launcher?
