It is possible for a weapon to get 2 upgrades?
Example a scud missile starts with the green toxin then fthe anthrax beta and finally the anthrax gamma

It should be possible, look into how the code looks within the game with FinalBIG.
You should probably be able to place another upgrade within the properties. I do currently not have FinalBIG or the game files at hand because I am troubleshooting some other problems myself at the moment.
