The animated texture effect you want would be applied using Stage 0 and Stage 1 mapping configurations. The only way to get the same result as the vanilla version is to use WDump and load the vanilla file then find the Stage 0 and Stage 1 mapping information and input the same information on your new model.

This don't work:
1. I import the vanilla model, I click on the mesh which own the texture than I want.
2. I click on "Get Regenade Material"
3. I select my model and I click on "Assign Material to Selection" to apply the texture.
But after when I go in-game the part of the model which use this texture is black.
(If you want I can make screenshot of all my step and the render in-game)
