i get a steam error message that says "application load error 5:0000065434" when I try to start RA3 in windows 10 any solutions?
RA3 wont start with C&C online.

Does that happen if you launch without C&C:Online (and unhooked)? Anyway, I need to see your error log before I can be much help to you. Please could you post that in here. See How to Report Issues for instructions.
