What the title says, I used the 1.06 installer and selected the widescreen fix component when prompted. However I see this and this patch available for download separately. Are both of those already integrated in the 1.06 patch or do I have to install either/all of them afterwards?

In the all-in-one installer for patch 1.06 it should be available for you to select.

Great, so both of the widescreen patches are included with the all-in-one installer for 1.06. I made sure to select the option when prompted
