As the title says I'm receiving 404 error while trying to download additional files for T3A:Patch 1.06 when I'm attempting to install it. Are the servers down?

Hm maybe some of the files are down or your firewall is blocking the ftp download. you can try to download them manually, they are linked here in the forums, or try google.
