C&C KW Water lower script not working

I made a script after a timer ends to lower the water, first of all the water polygon area doesn't get picked up in the areas to choose from in the script areas option

 

However I entered the name manually (even though it says its not found) and does actually lower the water.

 

In game the water is lowered yet the terrain is still impassable as if the water is still there yet you can clearly see the terrain to walk across.

SOLUTION:

 

1. You have to set the starting water value to be lower than the terrain (e.g 0)

2. Make a trigger for when a timer ends (say 1 second or however you want) to RAISE the water to above the terrain value (so the water is covering the terrain)

3. Make a trigger for when another timer ends for the water to go down

 

I am happy I figured that out :) basically was making a no rush map! Very handy so will leave this post up and solution :)
