Finally, Version 0.13 is out. A short summary of what has changed:

Version 0.13 - March, 2019 [Bug fixes] - All heroes and their powers now have proper and unique hotkeys - Gamling's vision and shroud clear fixed - Wood Elves are now invisible in trees - Silverthorn Arrows now activate immediately, and stay active for 30 seconds. The campaign has been tested and should work, but bugs might remain that have been overlooked or were implemented after the test [Balance] - Unit Fear Resistance moved to level 3; now the banner carrier upgrade will no longer make units fear resistant - Outer Farms now start on level 1 - Lumber Mills' discount effect for structures now discounts for less percent, and stacks up to 7 times: 0/5/10/15/20/25/30% (from 0/10/20/30%) - Command Point Limit in 5-6 player matches (120/240 from 100/200) and 7-8 player matches (100/200 from 80/160) increased - Good hordes now move slightly faster - Legolas' Monster Slayer changed to a short-ranged attack, similar to Hawk Strike. Hobbit's Noldorin Daggers changed to a full melee attack. The concept of these attacks was highly bug-friendly so it had to be replaced - New Gondor Hero: King of the Dead. Cost: 4000. Thanks to MorguLord for the model! - Faramir and Boromir now level siginificantly faster to level 5 and slightly faster from level 6 to 8. This change will affect other heroes in the future as well - Faramir no longer grants fear resistance, leadership moved to level 5 (from 4) - Boromir leadership moved to level 5 (from 3) - All hero-summoned units no longer spawn with upgrades except for Boromir's Osgiliath veterans (summoned with heavy armor) - Outer Slaughter Houses now cost 200 (from 300) - Cavalry now takes 50% more damage from Soldiers, Peasants and Uruks, and more damage from trampling infantry units (except for Orc Warriors) - Cavalry, when equipped with Heavy Armor or Horse Shields, now take more damage from HERO_RANGED (75% taken from 50%), and more damage from HERO (100% taken from 50%) - Gondor knights now more vulnerable to HERO_RANGED (125% taken from 100%) - Elves no longer have a closable gate - Elven Castle Tower cost lowered to 300 (from 800) - Wood Elves speed reduced slightly - Mordor Castle Fences shifted around, lowered the total amount of fences.
