So the orchard upgrade at the dormitory that is supposed to increase orchard production by 30% only increases it by 10%

Addittionally, they appear to be the only faction where the two resource buildings have a different output.  A single orchard produces 20 resources every 6 seconds, while the forge (like all other factions) produces 25 every 6 seconds.  This makes the bugged orchard upgrade even less useful.  The forge actually makes more resources per minute.
