Hey I've been having this problem for like two years and I've done everything I can think of to solve it. I'm not professional at modding but this seems unusual. For some reason a lot of my ini files open up to partially translated symbols and others open up perfectly. Any help would be extremely appreciated. I used FinalBig to extract the files and I can edit them. Image is in the attached files.
Other's ini files work great, but not most.
