Unable to build Revelers in at least Pelargir. Likely unable in other fortresses, too...?

For the 7.1 release, I just played as Rivendell while inside the fortress in the new fortress map Framsburg but could not train Revelers. Haven't been able to see if this problem continues to persist on any other fortress maps yet, but it's worth a look. Rivendell is severely crippled without them.

I tried Rivendell also on the fortress map The Dwarf Hold, but same issue: Cannot train Revelers at all.

Another small issue/bug that I have seen on the Rivendell or "Last Homely House" map is the garrisonable  tower closest to the bridge has an exit point on a right side which makes it impossible to leave with troops until building is destroyed.

Just tried playing as Rivendell in a normal skirmish on Framsburg map and the same problem persists for 7.2: Inability to train Revelers in the fortress. I'm guessing this is still an issue across other fortress maps?
