Have read through and followed the Common Issues post multiple times,

trying to play RA3 online with a friend, whenever they try to log in using their information. they continually get the
"The specified account or sub-account wasn't found" Error on each attempt. we've tried all known fixes for it, and they have made sure 200% that everything was being typed in correctly but still have issues getting logged into the game.

we've tried all network fixes, the Options.ini fix, etc.... but they still have issues, they just made their account about 10 minutes before we attempted to get online to play.
