Hi All,
I have created a tool that may help others with the same issues I've had, playing RA3 online with local lan players or Co-Op results in 'Connection in progress: 1-2'.
Users on a lan can now play online without needing a VPN or multiple WAN IPs.

Very interesting tool. I'll share it with our developers. Thanks.

¡¡Hola!! Tengo el mismo problema y leí su post de GitHub, no puedo descargar el archivo en GitHub porque el archivo no esta. Agradecería un montón si lo pudiera subir o compartirlo de alguna manera, muchas gracias y saludos desde uruguay
