Hi all,

 

I've just downloaded Gen Tool v8.6 and tried to log in, launching zero hour from EA. When I go to "online", I can now log in with a username & password but the following error message appears " not possible to connect to C&C Zero Hour "

 

Does anyone know how to solve the issue?

Regarding Generals, please download Genpatcher and apply the necessary fixes and also install Gentool (note that Genpatcher can download and install Gentool for you). The credentials you use to log into the game are your server account info (not Revora account). Also you can use this guide to troubleshoot common network problems.
