How to specify scripts from another library file, as in the photo. How to do Imported script?

I'm not sure which of these two questions you ask, but I'll give you two answers.
Editing imported scripts:
Simply click on the folder og script you want to edit, then press on the Copy button. It'll copy the script and override it locally in the map/library you're in automatically.
Importing scripts:
On the menu to the left you should have buttons for Export Script(s)... and Import Scripts..., among others.

I'll clarify what I want to do
I make bases like in BFME 1 for my mod on RotWK. (I do it as in Edain 4.X)
As I noticed, there is a root file of scripts for AI, where the unpacking bases, capturing points on the map by units and etc. I named this file ai_basic. then separate files for the faction, for example for Gondor - ai_gondor. and I want the scripts from ai_basic to be imported there(ai_gondor), like in the photo that I attached in the first post, because if I change something in the ai_basic they have changed in other faction files(ai_gondor, ai_rohan, ai_mordor and etc.) where they are imported.
