Personally I think there needs to be a weapon such as the Flashbang/Dragon Tank/Toxin Truck which kills infantry Garrisoned in buildings. I've often just sat troops in Buildings and they are incredibly hard to kill. Because of this you can level up very easily since if your opponent tries to kill them they just die. Prehaps a anti garrison weapon needs to be introduced?
