I have only noticed 2 minor (They do not affect gameplay) bugs that you are probably aware of.

Supply Trucks (When dropping off Supplies) drive straight through the Depot, and sometimes stop in the middle of the building to deposit the supplies.

Also,

The Aerosian Artillery unit needs to be slightly fixed as when it fires, the round appears above the actual turret. I should have got a screenshot of that. If you want I will take one.
