Beautiful! Thanks Mig!Yer I thought about that, hospitals would be replaced with Aid Stations which would be churches with a big Red Cross flag etc.
Churches will be fine, and I still hope you'll make other variations of it for desert maps.
Much better! The old RA2 hospital logic would work better with them (you send the infantry into the building to get healed)
No, not that one. I would prefer to fight and defend that structure from the enemy attacks because of it's use.also legaltarget=no

Oh, I see.besides ctrl + left click
You mean if the enemy owns it, you can't target it instantly, but you can force fire on it, right? Sorry, I don't know anything about RA2 code, I only learned Generals.
But will Andre's AI attack on it as well if I own it? I don't want to be bitch-slapped all the time with my bases and units, I also want them to attack on my assets.
I'm one twisted bastard. I know, I'm guilty of it.

This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Andre 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

It is always cool to see all the stuff together ingame, as however much you get to see as staff, it can be hard to visualise the final result.
I'm also impressed that aside from the rogue Derrick, it looks nothing at all llke RA2YR!

Because if you guys are up to it, as early as now, I'll enroll myself to this 3D modelling certification course near my university. Prove myself to to you guys to be a part of Team Revenge for D-Day and/or Code Red!
No kidding guys, I'm serious.

Well it’s really up to you if you want to take the course, they can be quite hard & cost a lot & I don’t want you to putting all the time & energy into it just for us if your not 100% sure you want to do it your self

Eversince the old Generals days when Zero Hour wasn't even there, I already inquired and asked which package deals for me to take up.
But because I attend pre-med school, I have to get used to my course first so I kinda dropped it for awhile (mortality rate and freaking grade requirements in my university is high and that sucks big time ).
And now that I'm flexible and can balance my time with it, I can get back into what I've always been hooked into. Yep, a weird combination of interest, that's me.
Lastly, my biggest wet dream is D-Day to be in a new game engine! I mean, what the heck, all six major countries included and great variations of units. Call me shallow but those two are enough reasons for me to be devoted to your work. New gameplays and implementations? I trust your judgements Team Revenge gents. But still, c'mon all you WW2 buffs and gamers, what more can you ask in a WW2 total-conversion for RA2/YR?! D-Day has it.
Hey I like Blitz 2. But 'like' is different from 'love'. I don't fancy US and UK into one side. No Italy? No Japan? Kinda incomplete IMHO.
D-Day rules and I love D-Day!
And I'm getting off-topic here. My apologies for my load of blah-blahs. Hehe!

Impossible is nothing once you put an effort on it, comrade. Difficult but not impossible. Personally, I'm not really craving for any recognition. If I want something, I do something about it and that makes me happy. Let's say this can be possible, I wouldn't really mind if people will play with it or not, I'll do it because I want to, and if people love/hate it, no problem for me.I had a dream like that some time ago but i came on Earth again .
Sad to say, yes. This ain't a one-man show, you need team and it'll take quite awhile before you form one. And the dedication of some tends to fade away so that's another thing. :(to bring d-day in generals (or in the future RA3) you need a staff team expert in modding generals and modelling 3d
In fairness, I can code decently in Generals and I had my share of experience on 3DS Max (but it's been a year since I touched it som I'm a bit rusty on it, but it'll alll come back to me. ). I'm trying hard to learning AI scripting though...
Anyway, I have a real big interest in WW2 but mind you, I'm not a walking encylopedia like Mig. I just want a WW2 rts with skirmish gameplay. I tried to find ways to convert CDV Blitzkrieg with skrimish but sad to say, it can't be done. :( I have Axis and Allies RTS but there are flaws like you can't force-fire, you can't run on infantry, you can't control aircrafts, scales and stats are inaccurate, blah blah...point is, it's not good enough, but I still play because it's WW2 with skirmish.
So I guess the only option I have is to make an effort in converting a C&C game engine into a WW2 game (or I can wait 8 years when I become a doctor and commision CDV, the former Westwood team and bunch of WW2 scholars to merge and make me a massive WW2 rts! ).

i like the new trees, but your slopes look kinda weird, you cant really see the west side slopes?
like the fences and walls too, and the little pile of coal in the train compound, nice detail
btw are you going to make a proper railroad crossing? heh, at least a plank or something in the middle?
overall, much much nicer, good job
