When ZH mods first begin to load, there is a small image, somewhere around 500x300 (size might vary) that appears. Does anyone know what particular file name this image uses?

I've searched the world over for that image and I believe it might be loaded from the disc itself.
As I've changed every version of the image I could find and it never changes.

What small image are you talking about? Try the ones called "00000000.016" and "00000000.256" in you base CCG folder. Are those what you are looking for?
