When do you think the Project Raptor mod will be completed? Also will it be compatible with both the original Generals and ZH, or only one? Thanks a lot for the info...im really looking forward to this mod and it looks great so far.

How about asking this in the project raptor forum. Also, the answer to your first question will probably be: "When its done"

The answer is truely when it's done. The compatability is ZH, as the gen version just plain out sucked, there are releases though.
