if i use the normal starting units commando it dosent work (i have no citadel units can't spawn whitout one)

the only thing i need help whit is geting the hero to start whitout buildings
(the "dont lose if not all heroes are dead" thingy is easy to fix, haven't tryed yet but i think its easy)

Well i suppose you could make it so they start with a building that is invisible, unselectable, and doesnt show up on the radar, you could then change its vision range, so the radar wouldnt screw up. You could make a new bse file with no walls, no build plots etc. Its a lot of work (well, not really) but i think it would work.

another thing cant i just change the hero kindof to structure and trick the game?
the not losing if the hero is alive is easy just add "MP_COUNT_FOR_VICTORY" in the heros kindof

I think youd have to go throught eh civilain buildings file, fore all the base_unpack stuff., but it should work, although im not sure if the unit would be able to move..

i think it can becose all the building have "CANT_MOVE" in there kindof i just dont add it
