Ooooo... Very nice! Elladan and Elrohir are especially great. I can't say I'm a fan of any of the chain-mail on the units (maybe you could could find some chainmail texture on a Lord of the Rings costume site), and I'm really iffy about the Elven bannerman (clashes, IMO). But everything else about all of them is quite impressive. The reskinned Legolas could use a little work, but I like 'em so far.
Might a suggest though that you add a bit more dynamic fabric texture to the blue/green bits on the sons of Elrond (if those parts are supposed to be fabric) so they don't look kinda... plasticy? Perhaps you could add a basic texture layer under those parts of the skin, then mess around with blending modes until you get something you like.
Keep up the good work!

I do like the units though. Above advice are wise words.
Save the environment, use green text

Well I removed the the shiny plastic effect of Elladan. I am working now on Galadriel, and some other guys. I want to make new Uruk skins. The original ones are worse.

Very good. I like the galadhrim warriors. And I have to agree with Celeglin on the chainmail.
