Where can i change the "popularity" for the heroes. The bigger the "popularity the faster enemies will attack that unit. So the unit with the highsest pop will be attacked first. Where can i change that? And what is the word for it?

The ThreatLevel is what determines whether the enemy will be more likely to attack such, I believe. Unless I'm mistaken, 5.0 is the highest.
