There's a sec setting in wDump... Doubt this has anything to do with that though...

where can i get that file? because mine was broken, error said lotrsec.big have some trouble so i tried to open it, but i just messed it up. can someone tell me what i can do?

It's related to SecureROM, needed for the games checksums.
