Wether it's Galdalfs Word of Power shockwave, or Saruman's Wizard blast, it will make or break a new power or upgrades coolness factor.

Well, the BFME particle FX subforum was set up to ask question on FX and hoping we could compile enuff info for a tutorial.
Either I've gone blind, or am completely misunderstanding you. Where's this Particle FX subforum?
