I'm editing som leadership abilities and I want to know if multiple leaderships are forced upon a soldier do they stack or does the game grant the soldier the highest leadership or lowest etc.

it'll help give me some guidance on what to change etc thanks

well yes all of them apply but if one is 200% more speed and another 120% then it would be about 240% (just a ges to lazy to think its 3:14 in the morning)

Yes, they do stack. You'll notice that when a unit is standing near two heroes that give separate leaderships, the glow around it is brighter than if it were to stand beside just one of the heroes.

I seem to remember seeing somewhere though that there are some leaderships that aren't stackable... I don't remember when or where, just a vague remembrance.

ok I just wanted to make sure that if I have 2 heroes with different leadership abilities, ie 1 is attack other is defense that they would both take effect upon the unit

attributemodifier.ini has a rundown of all the possible leadership bonuses and which ones effectively stack and which ones do not.

Leadership bonuses from different sources stack, but multiple LD bonuses from the same source does not stack. For example:

Theoden, Eomer, and Aragorn are standing next to Cavalry. The Cavalry gain all three bonuses together.

4 Drummer trolls are standing next to eachother, around a group of orcs. The orcs will only gain the upgrades as if only 1 drummer troll was there, but if one of the 4 drummer trolls are killed, leadership bonus is still given to troops.

so as long as the unit giving the ledership bonus is different they stack but units of the same type don't, gotcha
