What does the message say people. I can't help unless I know what it says.
if you receive a "serious error" you can open my documents/command and conquer zero hour data, and search for the "CRASH INFO" Notepad. open that up and copy and paste it then email it to vanguard or whatever. there is another one called prev crash info notepad, crash info is the present when it crashes the 1st time and prev crash info is the previous past when it crashes the 2nd time.

Other idea might be to put the parabomb that you have to select from the strategy center have an icon in the left side bar to engage. (you might forget to use it)
