I took a shot at coding it myself a while ago now BUT i SUCK at html ... http://www.expansions.the3rdage.net/ I got it pretty much how i want it exept... When i add to much content to a page it doesnt flow in the same style... instead it copys the hole layout again... Can anyone help me solve this?

Put your content in a scrollable div. You define height and width then if you set "overflow : scroll;" scrollbars will appear. "auto" will only add scrollbars if your content exceeds the div, and "none" will never have scrollbars. Standard CSS formating is also applicable, thats just the relivant bit to solve your mishap.
And for my ego, I'd like to go on the record as saying "Tabular layouts suck!"

Sorry but isnt that kinda the same thing as a iframe? with a scroll thing as your test gets longer. I think that makes it look a little wierd. Is this the only way of doing it?

Hmmm... the way you have set up the layout, it'll be difficult to make it stretchable without making it look bad
