Lauri: Yep, I remember your comment about GaW's darth maul, which I have to say, has been redone much better...
Cahik: Thats probably what I will end up doing, but some of the next-gen games I see out there (particularly SW ones) actually have the folds modeled on and fold movement is included in the animations.
Check out www.lucasarts.com and on the front page you will see the figure. I know that is a cinematic version, but the folds are still the same as in the real game, for the cinematic they only turbosmooth it and give it extra lighting.

And even if not, the actor is wearing make-up in the films, so it's easier to look good
Nonetheless it could be put right into a newer animation film a la Shrek
