Hey.

Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place.

I've been working on new EVA as a complete replacement or just adding a few new ones.

The rar file contains a few sample EVA's using my own voice, and a few others I've been experimenting with, robotic style.

I've also added two files for an EVA annoucement of Lefthand's vxls - The Hauler and Storm Tank, again in my own voice.

Note:Not all of the EVA has been done, and not converted for RA2/YR use.

I will continue to update these sounds, and edit this post, if these peaks anyones' interest.

Thats quite interesting, I've been planning to create a replacement to the Yuri eva myself since I would need to be able to create additional lines for the EVA for missions if I ever get round to finishing the scripting and enemy placement on even one yuri campaign map. I'm not sure what kind of side your voice would fit, it has a posh english school boy ring to it IMO athough the samples you provided are well voiced to my amatuer ears. You need to do some serious noise reduction on those though before you could try and fit them into the game. Find attached a few samples of my own efforts. These are the raw captures, I'd probably add some slight echo/delay effects to try and mimic the effects used on the actual ingame eva voices.

As for being the right or wrong forum, I don't see one for sound anywhere, so I guess this is the nearest thing to an asset forum.

Posting sound files in this forum is ok. It's good to see someone working on a new EVA it’s an area that hardly ever gets any modifications.

Thanks for the comments and support in posting in this forum.

A few more robotic sounds, two of which I have tested, and sound reasonable for a robotic side perhaps.

Again they are only samples, when I have them satisfactory, they will be converted accordingly.

As always any comments (good or bad) are welcomed.
