Dude, this is the worst kind of intro a mod can get.
You will never get anyone to help you with crappy posts like that.

Comrade, this is NOT a mod or total conversion. It is absolutly commercial game. We get license from EA Inc.
It will be based on advanced version of SAGE, using Pixel Shaders 3.0, HRDI effects and last version of Tokamak physical engine. Two new sides: Russia( ) and European Union. Most of units will be based on real prototypes, for example GLA will use AMX-13 and El-Khalid etc.
PS. Units will be high-polygonized (3000-7000 polygons) like this T-80UM-1 "Bars"

=> Many new units based on real prototypes for every side
=> Many special abilities for units adds new tactical opportunities like minefields or ambushes.
=> New particle system - advanced fire, smoke, explosions and other special effects
=> Combination of classic C&C style and realism
=> Pixel Shaders 3.0
=> Campaigns with real video between missions
=> Many skirmish and multiplayer modes
=> Advanced AI uses different tactics to defeat player
=> New Sides - Russia and maybe European Union.
=> Last version of Tokamak physics engine provides realistic and intense atmosphere of modern combat.

EALA have licensed their single biggest franchise to you.
You apparently have not mentioned a studio and give no information on any team, you're located in Russia, and you're recruiting for people on the web in a small Generals related forum.
Now, improper conduct aside, am I not the only one who's just a wee bit skeptical of your claims here?
I mean, when the vast majority of Generals modders have little to no concept of actual programming, little to no valid experience for the development of an actual commercial game and in fact a lot of them are under the age of employment.
You're recruiting from a web forum, stringing together an online team, which is no way to conduct commercial development - which should always bring a team into a tight working environment.
You're seeking to employ people with no qualifications and little relevant ability or experience for serious games development.
You haven't mentioned who you are, what role you play in the development cycle, your location or even who you work for.
You haven't mentioned anything about requirements, positions, contracts, payments, contact details or anything else.
You're perfectly happy to spill the small details and show work-in-progress pieces, despite the fact this is a very poor practice in game development.
You're stringing together feature lists of things you want to see, with no real mention of your intentions, deadlines, budgets, and so forth.
You're licensing a massive intellectual property from EA, yet you're using a small back-water (and incomplete) physics engine written by someone in their spare time?
I can go on, and on for hours.
Do something constructive with your time, stop bugging people in the forums.
Go away.

What I'd like to know is how the hell this guy plans on doing all that in the first place it doesn't make much sence to me.=> Advanced and optimized version of SAGE engine supports models of 3000-7000 polygons and textures resolution 512x512 or more.
=> Many new units based on real prototypes for every side
=> Many special abilities for units adds new tactical opportunities like minefields or ambushes.
=> New particle system - advanced fire, smoke, explosions and other special effects
=> Combination of classic C&C style and realism

3 programmers, eh? That all? Not much prettiness in a game with 3 programmers and no modellers, artists, etc.
And a licence from EA... which EA was this

I have tried in my head just now to think of some reason why EA would even conceive of licensing one of its big franchises to three barely literate "professional programmers" somewhere in the middle of Russia.
And then why said licensees would go to a small-ish free webhosting network demanding helpers for their project.
I gave up after about a minute and a half.
