Lol, thats only in america. There are two versions, one they show in america which is pretty freakin' stupid in general, and the one they show in England and probbably whole of europe, that has alot less cut out. Especially the pepole screaming and exploding when Nappa blows up the city. Of course they still cover up alot, Gotenks dosen't smoke, but less than the american version. And the voices are cool, which is great, because they could've been so bad.. look at Naruto for example. God damn Naruto's voice actor is annoying. I want to tear out his everything and cut his entire body off.
