As the title suggests, I'd like to know if its possible to pull out the BFME stats...player rankings etc...does anyone know if this can be done?

do you mean like for a sig image or something? don't think it can be done, but you'd have to ask ea/gamespy

I believe he means that they don't show up at all.

The ladder stats are exported to xml, which you could parse to get a players Rank, Name, Win/Loss Record, Rating, Join Date, and Status.
