Ok, so today Graf tells me voxels only ever use the original unittemp.pal, can someone confirm this?
I've only revamped a couple of voxels, but I was sort of relying upon a custom palette for several sides schemes, and if half of them are pink, they'll be hard to tell apart.
And look ****...
Palette query

never use the unittem.pal of ts for voxels
use RA2 palette in vxleditors!
those pink colors are the colors without/incomplete normals
and you can use customized unitem.pal...
but you need to know which color uses which other colors to display the normals
just recolor the allied blue to something red and see that it uses grey and blue for some normals

sorry for dp...
edited pal seems not to work with RA2 but with YR
and somethin else you cannot do is changing the pink colors to somethin else to get more usable colors for voxel
those pink colors have no working normals
