Take this as constructive criticism, Its to cartoonist(color pallet/line displacement), the shapes are too relaxed to give the impression of it being realistic. I will give your bro credit for the fact that he got about 95% of the part placement correct though(engines vents, that sort of stuff).

just that no deserts lol also... yes man its looks like for watching cartoon network iraks war by tv, apart from thta nice detailks perhaps he sould try adding more metal and scratches to it imagine the tanks are not painted like your car or house they are fast donde painting no tanks looks like each other, besides that tell him to start with a render clouds then add noise all in black /white later motion blur set to 15/ 20 later on desaturate add curves to brighten up latercopy layer paste add metal crome then use grungy scratch brush then bursh burning it later make this layer overlayed the first one and try playing with stuff on photoshop then draw lines and try, remember ps is the fire test.

yes, I said no more desert, but this was just an example skin. I personally wasnt planning on adding this, but its my bros first skin, and all he wanted was your feedback.
